These terms govern use of the Hugo Ace Barber Shop mobile app and online booking services. By creating an account or requesting an appointment, you agree to these terms.
Appointments and physical services
The app lets customers request appointments for physical barbering services. A request is subject to staff and schedule availability. Confirmations, changes, and cancellations appear in the app or may be communicated using the contact information on the account.
Prices and payment
Prices shown in the app describe physical services at the shop and may change before a request is confirmed. The app does not charge for digital content or unlock digital features. Payment for barbering services is made directly at Hugo Ace Barber Shop after or in connection with the in-person service.
Cancellations
Customers may cancel eligible appointments in the app. If the option is unavailable because the appointment is near or past its start time, contact the shop. Repeated no-shows or abusive booking activity may result in limits on future reservations.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information, protect your password or linked Apple/Google account, and use only your own account. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. You may permanently delete the account in the app from My Profile → Delete my account.
Loyalty and referrals
Points, membership levels, rewards, and referral benefits are promotional, have no cash value, and may be subject to eligibility, availability, validation by shop staff, and program changes. Fraudulent, duplicate, or self-referral activity may be rejected and points may be corrected.
Acceptable use and availability
Do not misuse the service, interfere with its security, attempt unauthorized access, or submit unlawful or harmful content. We may suspend abusive accounts. We work to keep the app available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
