Appointments
Open My Appointments in the app to view or cancel an eligible booking. You can also call the shop if a booking is close to its start time or the app cannot connect.
Account access
Use Forgot password? on the sign-in screen to request a recovery code. If you no longer have access to the account email, contact support and include your name and telephone number.
Delete your account
Delete your account on the web / Elimina tu cuenta desde la web — no app installation required.
Sign in, open My Profile, select Delete my account, and approve permanent deletion. If your account uses password sign-in, the app will also ask for your current password. Accounts created with Apple or Google can confirm deletion without a password. The app deletes the account and associated personal records. Contact support if you cannot sign in.

Para ayuda con acceso, citas, puntos o eliminación de cuenta, escribe a hugoacebarber@gmail.com o llama al (347) 239-5511. Para borrar la cuenta: inicia sesión, abre Mi Perfil, toca Eliminar mi cuenta y confirma la eliminación. La contraseña actual solo se solicita si tu cuenta usa acceso con contraseña; las cuentas creadas con Apple o Google pueden confirmar sin contraseña.
